How to Use the Contract

• Customer request service or address their need by way of the Task Order Process to the LOGJAMSS Government POC.
• LOGJAMSS Government POC will coordinate the customer request and contact contractor for price quotes and availability.
• Customer accepts the price; provide the required funds to the LOGJAMSS Government POC, who in turn issues a Task Order to the contractor.
• The customer informs the LOGJAMSS Government POC when the Task Order is complete and provides assessment on job performance.
• LOGJAMSS pays the contractor.
